A FEW HELPFUL ANSWERS

Let’s keep
things clear.

Can’t find what you need?
Contact information ↗

Is an apartment available right now?+

Please contact the landlord for current availability, rent and viewing information. The housing images on this site are illustrative and do not represent an available unit.

How do I report a repair?+

Use the contact information provided to you directly to report an issue. The housing management team will coordinate repair assistance. For an urgent issue, use your established urgent-contact instructions.

Where can I find my rental terms?+

Your signed rental agreement sets out the terms for your apartment. Contact the landlord if you need a copy or have a question. General information on this website does not replace your agreement.

How is my security deposit returned?+

Security deposits are refundable. Normal wear and tear will not reduce your refund. Deductions for tenant-caused damage are limited to reasonable, documented repair costs for damage beyond normal wear and tear; pre-existing damage is excluded. Other deductions, such as unpaid rent, may be made only as permitted by New York law.

Within 14 days after you vacate, we will return the remaining deposit and provide an itemized statement explaining any deductions. We will honor inspection rights and return any interest owed as required by applicable law.
